A course will be reported to AVETMISS as long as:
The Course>AVETMISS>"Report this Course" option is checked (images below)
And at least one enrolment (in that course) has the <AVETMISS>"Report this Enrolment" option checked and that enrolment has training activity delivered in the reporting calendar year
This flag/field is set in the course details window as below:
