This is due to Outlook's standard security features, more information around this and the plugin link can be found here
After running the installation, the next time you generate an e-mail through PowerPro, a window will appear. Pressing the 'Allow Access' and then selecting the toggle for 'Always perform' will add PowerPro's Outlook functionality to bypass the security alert, and prevent the messages from reappearing.
