Students are only eligible for a Certificate of Attendance once they completed the course (and have completed all modules for that course)
Please make sure you have entered the module results for this course (these are visible in the Enrolments & Results > Outcomes and Dates tab). Once all modules are resulted, the system populates the completion dates using the completion date of the last module.
