From PowerPro we'll navigate over to 'Configuration' > 'Applications' > 'Sky'
We can see the option here to enable/disable Two Factor Authentication what this does is email a login code/pin to the PowerPro user's email address to provide additional security
Your email address is set in 'Manage Users' under the same 'Configuration' menu as before, you can click 'Edit User' to check the email address assigned to your user.
Important Note: We recommend not using a shared email inbox if possible for security purposes.
