If you browse to Configuration > Applications Options > Enquiries > Course Type
Click on the + and enter the course types as displayed below
For the changes to be reflected online, you will need to re-upload the Web Course List
Navigate to the home menu, find the Web icon and click Web upload Course List
After a successful upload, your Learner Survey online form will be updated!
